Focus! Focus! Focus!
Updated Coaching Packages Geared To Specific Needs
Beginning this summer, the Focus On Fewer Coaching services are changing to better address the needs of clients and their families.
Instead of signing months long coaching contracts, new clients will start with an 8-session contract for a $795 flat fee. Each of those sessions will have a specific learning goal and the cost will include access to the Focus On Fewer Client Portal, access to the coach between coaching sessions, all session notes, coaching materials and resources, and tracking of all action items (that means data to help adjust the coaching during the process).
Depending on the client’s needs, one of the packages below will be recommended during their Strategy Session.
CORE Focus - designed to help individuals understand their neurobiology and develop practical, sustainable systems for managing life’s complexities. This curriculum shifts the focus from “trying harder” to “working smarter” by leveraging individual strengths and externalizing cognitive load.
SCHOOL Focus - designed to equip students with the executive functioning tools necessary to navigate the complexities of higher education. This program moves beyond basic study tips to address the foundational cognitive processes—organization, prioritization, and self-regulation—that drive academic achievement.
TRANSITION Focus (High School to College/Work OR College to Career/Grad School)
(HS to College) - specifically tailored for graduating seniors or first-year college students. The transition from high school to college is one of the most significant “Executive Functioning shocks” an individual will face, moving from a highly structured, supervised environment to one of total independence and unstructured time.
(College to Career/Grad School) - designed for graduating seniors, recent graduates, or first-year graduate students. The shift from an academic environment to a career or research-heavy graduate program represents a major change in how feedback is received, how time is structured, and how “success” is measured. This curriculum bridges the gap between being a student and becoming an autonomous professional or researcher.
LIFE Focus - designed to apply executive functioning (EF) strategies to the daily demands of independent living. This program focuses on the “unseen” work of managing a household, finances, health, and personal life, helping individuals move from being reactive to proactive in their daily existence.
PARENT Focus - designed specifically for parents of high school students, college students, and young adults who are struggling with executive functioning. These sessions equip parents with the tools, language, and strategies to support them effectively.
What happens after 8 sessions?
When those sessions are completed, the client will have the option to continue coaching sessions with the MAINTAINING Focus Coaching Subscription. This month to month subscription will include: 4 monthly coaching sessions, access to the Focus On Fewer Client Portal, access to the coach between coaching sessions, all session notes, coaching materials and resources, and tracking of all action items for a $350 monthly fee.
If the client does not wish to continue coaching sessions, but they DO want to continue having access to the client portal, they can continue with the INFORMATION Focus Subscription for $175 per month.
If the clients wants to complete the 8 sessions and be finished, that’s an option also!
Who Is This For?
Focus On Fewer Coaching is for ANYONE and EVERYONE that can relate to any or all of these statements and wants to stop the cycle of frustration and anxiety!
“I’m constantly overwhelmed and don’t even know where to start.”
“I’m always behind, no matter how hard I try to catch up.”
“Why can’t I ever finish anything?”
“I’m tired of the daily battle with my teen over schoolwork and deadlines.”
Currently, most of my 1:1 Coaching is with clients between the ages of 18-30 and that will remain my primary focus. These new options, however, will allow me to work with parents of those struggling with executive functioning and adults who were not diagnosed with learning challenges while they were students.
These updates represent a shift toward a more intentional, results-driven partnership. By moving away from open-ended contracts and into targeted, goal-specific sessions, we can stop "trying harder" at the things that aren't working and start building the systems that actually do.
Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing the complexities of adulthood, or supporting a child who is struggling, you don't have to stay stuck in the cycle of overwhelm.
Schedule your Strategy Session today, and let’s find the specific Focus that will help you move past the frustration and into a life of sustainable, confident progress.
