What is the biggest obstacle for you when you are restarting?
One of the traps I can fall into is “all or nothing” thinking. In other words, when I don’t think I can make a BIG difference or change, I don’t do anything. This week, as you are restarting, think of something small that you can do. Something is better than nothing and a small step leads to the next step. Start small and see how quickly you find yourself moving forward instead of being stuck.
